Obsthof Roos is a small farm in the South of Germany, but a big one when it comes to juices and brandies. In addition to their own organic apple juice and their distillery, the owners of the farm also produce jam, pasta and various types of honey with the help of their bee colonies. Not only the product range, but also the sustainability and the craftsman of the farm should now be accommodated in a new corporate design. It should be timeless and reflect the tradition of the company but also setting itself apart form its competitors.
The local farm shop, which stands between the distillery and crates full of fruit and vegetables, as well as the modern rental apartments in the old farmhouse, are the heart of the small company and are visualized in the new logo design.
The logo design is set up with a modern typography describing the service of the farm, the signature of the owners and the image logo itself representing the local shop. At second glance, you can see the owners' initials on the door of the house.
Obsthof Roos ist ein kleiner landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb, welcher zu den Großen gehört, wenn es um Säfte und Brände geht. Neben seinem eigens produzierten Bio-Apfelsaft und seiner Brennerei produzieren der Herr und die Dame des Hauses unter anderem Marmelade, Pasta und diverse Honigsorten mit Hilfe ihrer Bienenvölker. Nicht nur die Produktpalette, auch die Nachhaltigkeit und die Handarbeit des Hofes sollte nun in einem Corporate Design untergebracht werden. Es sollte zeitlos sein und die Tradition des Betriebs widerspiegeln.
Der eigene Hofladen, der zwischen Brennerei und Kisten voller Obst und Gemüse, sowie den modernen Mietwohnungen in dem alten Bauernhaus steht, bildet das Herzstück und Bindeglied des kleinen Unternehmens.
Das Logo-Design besteht aus einer modernen Typografie, die den Service des Betriebs beschreibt, der Unterschrift der Eigentümer und dem Bildlogo selbst, das den örtlichen Laden repräsentiert. Auf den zweiten Blick erkennt man an der Tür des Häuschens die Initialen der Besitzer.
